Dr. Kelly has a strong research and finance background.  He began his career with the Bureau of Agricultural Economics (later to become ABARE) in Canberra, Australia.  He then joined the Commonwealth Superannuation Fund (later Commonwealth Funds Management Ltd, CFM) where he conducted economics research and analyzed specific investment opportunities for strategic recommendation. After leaving CFM, Dr. Kelly focused on Small Business Management and subsequently founded his own company specializing in investment and business management providing corporate services including undertaking due diligence, share registry maintenance, regulatory compliance, and capital reduction and de-registration
